Equality charter
We follow these equality, inclusion and anti-discrimination guidelines. We are committed to making sure everyone involved is safe, by putting equality, diversity and inclusion into everything we do, every day.
We will promote the benefits of equality, inclusion and diversity, with a clear understanding that football belongs to everyone.
In everything we do, we will not discriminate against anyone or treat anyone less favourably because of their age, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital status, race or nationality, ethnic origin, colour, religion or belief, or disability. We will not tolerate harassment, bullying, abuse or victimisation of any kind, and we will make sure the right reporting procedures are followed if any of these happen under our supervision. We are committed to taking action against discrimination.
We will encourage good practice within the club, with our football club(s), our partners and the wider community.
As part of our commitment to ending discrimination in football and promoting equality, inclusion and diversity, we fully support the work of organisations such as Kick It Out, The Football Supporters' Federation and The Football Supporters' Association. We as fans stand together as one, so that everyone feels welcome and can enjoy the beautiful game.
